The Wacky Witch does ask for a particular picture of the Candy Dragon and that quest didn't unlock as a wandering quest from her until we unlocked the other Dragon colors.
I hope that is the case, but we don't know for sure if someone other than the Forestman will want a picture of a baby dragon. I totally agree ofc, we should just be able to get the rest of the dragon babies, but for now we cant, and it doesnt really matter for the quests since its really just a single quest. Any way to get the baby dragon without getting another egg, and rehatching the egg Thanks. (or, another way to put it, theres only 1 gold brick to be had from this) My neice is wondering, she spent time unlocking a baby dragon but says it despawned after she quit and started the game later.
